Refund Process

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative.
Exchange Policy
We also offer product replacement instead of refund if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item received
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Important Notes
- Proof (photo/video) may be required for damaged or wrong items.
