  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative.

Exchange Policy

We also offer product replacement instead of refund if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong item received

 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Proof (photo/video) may be required for damaged or wrong items.
