  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed slightly.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may take additional time for delivery.

We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on location and product weight.
  • Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number (if available) via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

 Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service delays
  • Public holidays
  • High order volume

 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 Order Changes / Cancellation

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled.
